Andis Kudors is the executive director of the Centre for East European Policy Studies (CEEPS). His main research interests include foreign policy trends in Eastern Europe, as well as Russian foreign policy. He also focuses on public diplomacy, propaganda, disinformation, and the Russian Orthodox Church. He has been a member of the Foreign Policy Council at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia since 2011. He was a Fulbright scholar at the Kennan Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Latvia, where he is continuing his doctoral studies.
