Biography

Donald N. Jensen is a senior fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) where he edits the CEPA Strategic Communications weekly monitoring brief. Jensen also teaches Russian national security in the global security studies program at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, Johns Hopkins University. A former United States diplomat, he writes extensively on Russian foreign and domestic politics, especially Russia’s relations with Europe.
